Victorian Institute of Technology Hosted Student Info Session in Kathmandu

    EDUCAST, Babu Khanal, the Director of International Recruitment and official representative of the Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT), Australia, held a special information session for aspiring Nepali students at Hotel Aranya Boutique, Nagpokhari. Khanal, who first went to Australia as an international student from Nepal in 2006, shared his personal journey of struggle and success, inspiring the young attendees.

    The Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT) is a renowned educational institution in Australia with four campuses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide. VIT offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Hospitality, and English Language programs.     During the session, Khanal highlighted the opportunities available for Nepali students in Australia and explained how VIT supports international students through quality education and student services. He also addressed queries regarding admission, scholarships, post-study work rights, and student life in Australia.

    In addition to the session, Babu Khanal was also featured on the popular television talk show “Destination Australia” hosted by Jupiter Media on News 24 TV, where he shared insights about the Australian education system, VIT’s growth, and the increasing interest of Nepali students in Australian institutions.
