upGrad GSP Nepal Hosted “Updates & Opportunities” Event Featuring the University of Newcastle

EDUCAST, upGrad GSP successfully organized the “Updates & Opportunities” event featuring the University of Newcastle, Australia. The session aimed to share the latest updates, academic offerings, and scholarship opportunities for Nepalese students aspiring to study at one of Australia’s top universities.

The program began with a warm welcome speech by Anil Shrestha, Country Director – Nepal, upGrad GSP. He highlighted the growing interest among Nepalese students in studying in Australia and the University of Newcastle’s strong global ranking.

Dolly Bhatia, Recruitment Advisor for the University of Newcastle (South Asia), delivered a comprehensive presentation covering the university’s programs, research strengths, student support services, and application process. She also discussed the diverse range of scholarships available to international students.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Pankaj Choudhary, Senior Business Development Manager at upGrad GSP Nepal, who expressed gratitude to all participating partners, counselors, and attendees for making the event a success.
