Bizz Education Presents Destination UK – Series 2 Grand Screening Held in Kathmandu

    Jupiter Media Showcases Responsible Education Journalism and UK University Engagement

    EDUCAST, Jupiter Media Pvt. Ltd. successfully organized the Grand Screening Event of “Bizz Education Presents Destination UK – Series 2” on 11 December 2025 at Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, bringing together senior education leaders, representatives from UK universities, institutional partners, and education consultants. The event was title sponsored by Bizz Education and powered by Real Dreams Educational Consultancy, marking a major milestone in strengthening responsible education communication between Nepal and the United Kingdom.

    The program formally commenced with registration and guest welcome, followed by seating arrangements and an official opening. Guests were briefed on the vision and objective of Destination UK – Season 2, which focuses on presenting authentic, on-ground university insights and student-centered storytelling. The event opened with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing knowledge and ethical guidance in international education, conducted by Managing Director of Jupiter Media Pvt. Ltd., Sunil Acharya; Founder and Director of Bizz Education, Hari Karki; Director of Global Engagement at Bangor University, Sergine Monple; and Head of Business Development at the British Council, Sudarshan Subedi.

    Delivering the media leadership address, Sunil Acharya highlighted the purpose of Destination UK, sharing insights from Jupiter Media’s field journey across UK universities and emphasizing editorial integrity, transparency, and the responsibility of education media in guiding Nepali students toward informed and sustainable study-abroad decisions.

    The event then moved to the editorial launch and magazine unveiling of Destination UK – Series 2, documenting Jupiter Media’s on-ground university visits and institutional interactions. The magazine was officially unveiled by Sunil Acharya, Hari Karki, and Sergine Monple, followed by a group photograph with dignitaries.

    Representing the powered-by partner, Basanta Nepal, Director of Real Dreams Educational Consultancy and a representative of York St John University, shared his message through Archana Yadav, Representative of York St John University, as he could not attend in person. Reading his message, Archana Yadav emphasized the importance of ethical counselling and institutional transparency, noting that Destination UK helps students access verified information directly from universities and reduces misinformation.

    After the supported-by partner segment, Hari Karki, Founder and Managing Director of Bizz Education, delivered the title sponsor’s address, describing British education as a lifelong investment and stressing responsible counselling, student preparedness, and informed academic planning.

    The program featured the exclusive launch of the Destination UK – Season 2 official trailer, showcasing featured universities, interviews, student voices, and campus life. In the coverage appreciation segment, Sergine Monple acknowledged the editorial quality of Bangor University’s representation, followed by appreciation remarks from the British Council.

    The event concluded with a media and partner appreciation ceremony and formal closing by the MC, after which the evening transitioned into networking and dinner, strengthening collaboration between Nepal’s education sector and UK institutions.
