Kwangju Women’s University Delegation Successfully Concluded Admissions & Scholarships Session at Silicon Education

EDUCAST, A special admissions and scholarship information session was successfully held yesterday at Silicon Education, Dillibazar, featuring a high-level delegation from Kwangju Women’s University, South Korea. The program began at 1:00 PM and saw enthusiastic participation from Nepali students aspiring to study in South Korea.

The visiting delegation included Ms. Hye Jeong Kim, Director of the Office of International Affairs; Mr. Chae O Youn, Staff of the International Office; and Ms. Usha Gautam from Kwangju Women’s University. They were joined by Ms. Shristhi Karki from Silicon Education, who played an instrumental role in coordinating the collaboration.

Silicon Education had recently signed an official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kwangju Women’s University, and this event marked the first major step in its implementation. Through this partnership, Nepali students will now have direct access to genuine first-hand information regarding scholarships, admissions procedures, academic programs, and student support services in South Korea.

During the session, participants received exclusive insights into tuition fees, visa processing, cultural adaptation, and career opportunities — directly from the university officials themselves. The event was highly informative and appreciated by students and parents alike.
