    The upGrad GSP Partners Meet & Networking Event 2025 was successfully conducted on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the Himalaya Hall, Hotel Himalaya in Lalitpur. The event brought together representatives from leading Australian institutions, recruitment agencies, and education professionals from Nepal.

    It served as a platform to enhance collaboration, exchange updates, and explore future opportunities in the field of international education. The program began at 10:30 AM with registrations followed by a warm welcome speech from Mr. Anil Shrestha, Country Director of upGrad GSP Nepal. A short video showcasing GSP’s recent student recruitment activities set the stage for the event.

    Mr. Ali Butt, Vice President of upGrad GSP, delivered the keynote remarks where he highlighted the growing student market in South Asia and appreciated Nepal’s key role in that growth. A series of institutional presentations followed, with distinguished speakers from reputed Australian universities.

    Ms. Maria Hussain from the University of Western Australia, Mr. Shahinul Islam from Flinders University, Ms. Pragya Shah from Kaplan Business School, Mr. Nikesh Vedi from Charles Darwin University, and Ms. Phurbu Tashi Lama from Southern Cross University shared updates about their institutions. Mr. Ishwor Acharya from upGrad GSP Nepal also provided insights into GSP’s collaboration with TAFE NSW.

    A short quiz was held between sessions to engage the audience. During the closing session, GSP Nepal extended formal recognition to its valued institutional and recruitment partners for their continued support. The ceremony acknowledged their contribution to shaping international education opportunities for Nepalese students. The recognition was well received and added a celebratory note to the professional gathering.

    The event concluded with a buffet lunch and networking session that allowed all attendees to connect, collaborate, and build new professional relationships. GSP Nepal expressed gratitude to all participants and affirmed its commitment to continuing its role as a bridge between Nepalese students and world-class international education institutions.
