EDUCAST, In a significant initiative to bridge the gap between Nepalese students and world-class educational opportunities in the United Kingdom, Heritage Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. successfully hosted an exclusive interactive meet with delegates from the University of Sunderland at Hotel Barahi, Tridevi Sadak, Kathmandu.
Held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the event drew overwhelming participation from students aspiring to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the UK. It served as a vital platform for one-on-one interaction between students and senior university representatives, providing comprehensive information on academic programs, scholarships, admission processes, and life in the UK.
Representing the University of Sunderland were three esteemed officials:
Dr. Geoff Paul – Deputy Director (Academic) offered detailed insights into the university’s academic strengths, curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and student support services. He emphasized the university’s focus on research, innovation, and a student-centric learning environment across both Sunderland and London campuses.
Bhanu Vullanki – Deputy Head of Student Recruitment and Admissions elaborated on the student admission journey — from eligibility and application procedures to documentation and deadlines. He also discussed scholarship opportunities available to Nepalese students and offered practical tips for preparing a competitive application.
Specializing in South Asian student recruitment, Sandeep Kudupudi – Admissions Manager provided in-depth information on course selection, English proficiency requirements, tuition fees, and visa documentation.
