IERIN Hosts Successful Meet and Greet Session with Confederation College in Lalitpur

    EDUCAST, The International Education Representatives’ Initiative of Nepal (IERIN) successfully organized a special Meet and Greet session with Confederation College, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada at Square Hotel, Pulchowk, Lalitpur on Monday.

    The event brought together education professionals, consultancy representatives, and stakeholders from Nepal’s international education sector to explore academic opportunities and strengthen collaboration with Canadian institutions.

    Welcoming all distinguished guests and participants, Yogesh Chettri, President of IERIN, expressed his gratitude to everyone for their active participation and highlighted the significance of such networking events in connecting Nepalese education representatives with globally recognized institutions. He stated that IERIN remains committed to creating platforms that enhance professional growth and international partnerships within the education sector.

    The key highlight of the event was an informative presentation by Krishna Kumar Pai, International Recruitment Advisor – South Asia, Confederation College, who delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation about the college. During his session, he provided detailed insights into the programs offered by Confederation College, campus facilities, student support services, scholarship opportunities, and the admission process for international students. He also addressed queries from participants regarding application requirements, visa processes, and career prospects after graduation in Canada.

    Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Shahi, Founder & Director of Mindful Education and an active member of IERIN, emphasized the importance of such interactive sessions in helping education professionals stay updated on international academic trends and institutional developments. He noted that collaboration between institutions and local representatives plays a crucial role in guiding students toward quality educational opportunities abroad.

    The event concluded with a token of appreciation ceremony, where IERIN President Yogesh Chettri presented a token of love to Krishna Kumar Pai as a gesture of gratitude for his valuable presence and insightful session.
