EDUCAST, Global Gate Educational Consultancy (GGEC) successfully hosted its highly anticipated “GGEC Multi-Destination Edu Fair 2026” on Thursday, May 28, at its central premises in Kalanki, Kathmandu. The event served as a major bridge for Nepalese students seeking to connect directly with international academic opportunities, drawing a significant crowd of aspiring scholars and parents.

The fair provided a comprehensive, one-stop platform for students aiming to pursue higher education in premier global destinations, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Throughout the event, which ran from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, professional advisors delivered personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions guiding attendees through the complexities of university selection, visa documentation, and long-term career pathways.

Following the successful conclusion of the fair, Ganesh Thapa, the Managing Director of Global Gate Educational Consultancy, expressed his deep gratitude to the visiting university delegates, country representatives, and partners whose presence made the event a milestone.

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the university representatives who traveled to join us and share their invaluable expertise,” Thapa said. “Their direct engagement has given our students clear, authentic insights into global education trends and helped demystify the international enrollment process.”

To further support local talent and lower the financial barriers to studying abroad, GGEC announced major incentives during the fair. The consultancy is offering full scholarships for IELTS and PTE preparation classes alongside a complete waiver of application processing fees for event attendees—a move that underscores GGEC’s long-standing commitment to making global education accessible to Nepalese youth.

While the physical fair has concluded, the consultancy has announced that its doors remain open for follow-up counseling. Students and parents who require further information or missed the event can reach out directly via GGEC’s dedicated inquiry hotline at 9701002155.
