ECAN Lalitpur Successfully Hosted NEXTZEN Grand EduExpo 2025

    EDUCAST, The Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) Lalitpur Branch successfully organized the NEXTZEN Grand EduExpo 2025 in association with KIEA and RBS Intellect, a landmark educational event that brought together leading international academic institutions, education professionals, and enthusiastic students under one roof. The event aimed to provide authentic guidance and global opportunities for Nepali students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad, while also showcasing the growth and development of the education consultancy sector in Nepal. With participation from top universities, colleges, and educational organizations, the Expo established itself as one of the most impactful academic events in Lalitpur this year.

    The opening ceremony of the EduExpo was graced by Honorable Dr. Dinesh Chandra Devkota, Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development, Bagmati Province, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Dr. Devkota emphasized the importance of quality education and global exposure for Nepal’s youth, assuring continued government support for initiatives that connect Nepali students to international academic opportunities. He highlighted the necessity of ethical guidance and comprehensive counseling for students and expressed his commitment to supporting programs that broaden the horizons of young learners. The event also witnessed the presence of Mr. Seshraj Bhattarai, President of ECAN Central, as a Special Guest, who appreciated the efforts of the Lalitpur team in organizing such a meaningful initiative. Mr. Bhattarai highlighted the pivotal role of ECAN in strengthening ethical practices in education consultancy and underlined the association’s contribution to elevating Nepal’s presence in the global academic community. Another Special Guest, Mr. Prakash Pandey, Immediate Past President of ECAN Central, reflected on the evolution of the education consultancy industry in Nepal and lauded its role in connecting students to international institutions.

The ceremony was conducted smoothly by Mr. Sanam Maharjan, ECAN Lalitpur Secretary, and the program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Arbind Kumar Singh, President of ECAN Lalitpur, who expressed gratitude to all sponsors, partners, and participants for their unwavering support.
