KATHMANDU: The 2026 edition of Falling Walls Lab Kathmandu has officially concluded, showcasing a dynamic array of breakthrough ideas and innovative research from Nepal’s next generation of leaders.
Organized jointly by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Kathmandu University, the fast-paced pitch competition challenged brilliant young innovators to present their solutions to pressing global challenges in just three minutes.
Following a series of compelling presentations, Ms. Rojeena Tandukar emerged as the winner of #FallingWallsNepal 2026. With her victory, Tandukar has secured a spot to represent Nepal at the Global Falling Walls Lab finals in Berlin, Germany, later this year, where she will pitch her innovative idea on an international stage.
The organizers extended their congratulations to all the participants for their high-caliber pitches, celebrating the event as a testament to the growing ecosystem of innovation and academic excellence in Nepal.
