EDUCAST, To gain firsthand insight into French language, culture, and higher education opportunities, a team from Jupiter Media led by Sunil Acharya, Program Director of AWSAR, successfully completed an observation visit to Alliance Française de Katmandou and Campus France Nepal.
The primary objective of the visit was to study and document France’s educational prospects, language programs, and cultural initiatives available in Nepal.

During the visit, the team interacted with Dr. Sylvain Choin, Director of Alliance Française de Katmandou. He shared valuable insights on promoting French language and culture in Nepal, the institution’s quality-focused academic programs, and its diverse cultural activities. His vision of strengthening the “Nepal–France cultural bridge” greatly inspired the visiting team.

The Jupiter Media team also held a productive discussion with Prabin Bikram Rana, Head of Campus France Nepal. He provided detailed information on France’s high-quality universities, affordable tuition structures, available scholarships, Post-Study Work (PSW) opportunities, and the comprehensive one-stop guidance service that Campus France offers to Nepali students.

The delegation further observed the well-equipped library of Alliance Française, managed by Neelam Parajuli. The library has been serving as a valuable resource center for students and researchers, helping bring French language, literature, and academic materials closer to the Nepali community.

The team also visited Micro-Folie, an advanced digital art museum that showcases masterpieces from world-renowned institutions such as the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, and Centre Pompidou. This innovative platform has opened a new door for Nepali learners to explore global arts and cultural education through immersive digital experiences.

Following the visit, Jupiter Media’s Program Director remarked:
“Alliance Française and Campus France are the most reliable and officially recognized platforms in Nepal for studying in France. Functioning under the Embassy of France, they provide accurate, updated, and student-friendly information. Any Nepali student aspiring to study in France should begin their journey from these institutions.”

The visit highlighted a significant reality:
France has successfully integrated language, culture, and higher education to create meaningful global learning opportunities for students. Jupiter Media announced that all observations and insights gained from the visit will be presented to viewers and students across Nepal through the AWSAR television program.
