    EDUCAST, Real Dreams Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (RDEC) celebrated a defining moment in its corporate journey today with the official inauguration of its newly upgraded corporate office and the grand opening of the Real Dreams Learning Centre (RDLC) in Kathmandu. The event, held on Tuesday, served as a high-profile gathering of international academic leaders, domestic industry veterans, and diplomatic representatives, all coming together to witness the expansion of the group’s holistic student support ecosystem. The day’s proceedings featured a dual ribbon-cutting ceremony, first at the main consultancy wing and subsequently at the state-of-the-art Learning Centre, which is specifically designed to provide Nepalese students with world-class test preparation, mentorship, and pre-departure orientation.

    The ceremony was expertly hosted by Asutosh Thakurathi and commenced with a formal welcome from Mr. Roshan Bhata, the Branch Manager of the Kathmandu office. The leadership of Real Dreams, including Managing Director Mr. Basanta Nepal (who also serves as the Country Manager for York St. John University for Nepal and Philippines) and Head of Operations Mrs. Divya Maharjan, led the traditional “Khada and Flower” felicitation. This ritual honored the guests who have been instrumental in the group’s decade-long success. A particularly moving segment of the program was a video message from the organization’s Brand Ambassador, Mr. Aasif Sheikh, the renowned Nepalese national cricketer. York St. John University, an exclusive partner, was represented by Roosevelt Avi (Head of Global Student Recruitment), Lei Wang (International Development Manager), and Sunil Tuladhar (Country Coordinator for Nepal). The University of Worcester sent a senior delegation including Lauren Jack (Regional Manager), Jodie Walker Haywood (Senior Nursing Lecturer), and Louise Toft (Senior Lecturer, Adult Nursing). From the University of East London, Kinjal Gandhi (Regional Manager – South Asia) and Kiran Khatiwada (Sr. Student Recruitment Advisor) were in attendance. Representing the Free Educational Consultancies Organizations Nepal (FECON) was President Umesh Kushwar, while Hemanta Bhattarai attended as the Immediate Past President of the International Education Representatives’ Initiative of Nepal (IERIN).
