EDUCAST,
Connect Globe Education Group (CGEG) is hosting its highly anticipated CGEG Multi-Destination Education Fair today, June 5, 2026, at its central premises in Putalisadak, Kathmandu. Operating from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the single-day educational hub serves as a comprehensive, one-stop platform specifically designed for Nepali students—particularly those who have recently appeared for their +2 examinations—aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.
The fair spans a diverse range of global study destinations. Attendees have the opportunity to explore academic pathways and visa options for major destinations including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe (including Malta, Finland, France, and Germany).
The fair offers a unique opportunity for students to secure direct, face-to-face counseling sessions with official representatives and delegates from top-tier international institutions. Among the prominent highlights is a strong roster of British universities, featuring delegates from the University of Aberdeen, University of Bath, Cardiff University, Durham University, Kingston University London, University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Liverpool John Moores University, Royal Holloway University of London, University of Sheffield, University of Strathclyde Glasgow, University of Surrey, University of Sussex, and the University of Huddersfield (both Main and London campuses). These representatives are providing personalized guidance on critical aspects of international study, including admissions, available scholarships, course selection, visa application processes, post-study career opportunities, and everyday student life.
Suraj Silwal, Director of CGEG, strongly emphasized the importance of family involvement in this pivotal transition, actively encouraging students to attend the event alongside their parents.
“I highly encourage all students to visit the fair together with their parents,” Silwal stated. “Having parents present during these one-on-one counseling sessions ensures that families can collectively evaluate all financial, academic, and procedural steps, ultimately leading to confident, well-informed decisions regarding the students’ future educational careers abroad.”
To further support and incentivize Nepali applicants, CGEG has announced an impressive suite of exclusive offers available solely to fair participants. Chief among the financial incentives is a 100% discount scholarship on IELTS and PTE preparation classes, awarded to the first 20 registered +2 students. Additionally, the consultancy has waived all processing costs for visitor students who choose to lodge applications through the event.
Beyond academic incentives, the organizers have lined up various lifestyle perks, including complimentary food vouchers for the first 10 early visitors, free movie tickets for 20 students, and 20 Cable Car and Naavy tickets allocated for 10 student couples.
Interested students and parents are advised to visit the Putalisadak premises today before 5:00 PM, or contact the organizers directly via +977-015900499, WhatsApp/Viber at 9802347790/91/94/95, or via email at [email protected].
