Study Connect Nepal Brings EM Lyon Business School Closer to Nepali Students Through Exclusive Interaction

EDUCAST, In a significant move to bridge the gap between Nepali students and global executive education, Study Connect Nepal (SCN) hosted an exclusive interaction session with EM Lyon Business School today at its Kamaladi premises. The event provided a rare opportunity for aspiring scholars to explore academic pathways at one of the world’s most prestigious institutions, ranked among the top 1% of business schools globally.

During the event, Mohit Anand, Director of Operations for the India Subcontinent at EM Lyon, emphasized the school’s commitment to nurturing “early makers.” He noted that the institution aims to provide Nepali students with not only high-level academic rigor but also the entrepreneurial mindset required to succeed in a rapidly evolving global market. He further highlighted that France has become an increasingly attractive destination due to its robust internship opportunities and post-study work prospects.

Prakash Dhakal, Founder and CEO of Study Connect Nepal, reiterated the consultancy’s long-standing mission to diversify destination choices for local students. He stated that SCN has been a pioneer in promoting French higher education from its inception, recognizing the immense value of the country’s triple-accredited institutions (EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA). Dhakal added that by bringing representatives directly to Kathmandu, SCN ensures that students receive authentic, first-hand information regarding scholarships and student life.

The session concluded with a detailed Q&A, where students engaged with the Director regarding admissions for Undergraduate, Master’s, and MSc programs. This initiative marks another milestone for SCN in its dedicated effort to establish France as a premier academic hub for Nepali talent.
